Shipping & Returns
Our products will be shipped to you in the fastest manner possible and delivered as soon as possible. Please allow to 7-21 days for processing and shipping. Since our products come from different manufactures from all across the US and World, products at times may come in separate packages or may face some delays. We will offer tools that allow for you to track your package and make sure that it is in route to you. With the current pandemic of COVID-19 there have been some delays from our manufacturers, however you will get your product!
If you have any further concerns surrounding a package, please reach out to our management team at firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can look into the order and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the case there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with our management team within 30 days of product delivery. Any issues or concerns can be submitted at email@example.com. We will offer a free replacement or a refund in cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, as long as the customer is able to show proof of the faulty product.
Our Team will cover the production and shipping costs of new orders, or it can also be refunded to the same payment source where it originally came from.
In the case a replacement order is arranged, it will be required that the original item is sent back within 14 days, and if not received within that timeframe, the customer will be charged for the replacement item.
